About Us

Longhurst & Havelok Homes (L&H Homes) is a charitable industrial and provident society and is a member of the Longhurst Group of companies. (Click here for a link to the Longhurst Group website).

Longhurst and Havelok Homes, was formed in October 2009, from the amalgamation of two landlords. (Longhurst Homes Limited and Havelok Homes Limited). 

Together we have strong and wide-ranging experience of developing and managing homes and communities. As a member of the Longhurst Group of companies we benefit from shared skills and services, including property development, information and communication technology (ICT), treasury management and human resources.

Our housing stock covers over 30 local authority areas. We enjoy good working relationships with our local authority partners and develop new homes and partnership approaches to achieve high standards of housing management within local communities.

Our head office is in Boston, Lincolnshire with area offices in Nottingham, Lincoln and Grimsby.
