LandH Homes customer satifaction survey results

Just before Christmas we wrote to our customers to tell them about the key results of the customer satisfaciton survey. The satisfaction ratings for the service we provide place us amongst the top performing housing associations nationally.  Click below to view the areas in which the customers feel we are performing well, and those areas which our customers feel we could be better.
