Recruitment Opportunities

We employ over 350 staff ranging from office based staff, through to care workers providing a personal service to residents in our care homes. Recruitment and retention of staff is a key priority. We have developed a number of family friendly policies to help attract staff, including job share, variable time, and home working arrangements. We offer an external confidential counseling service too.
