L&H Homes celebrates the completion of
eight affordable homes in Skegness

With a huge demand for new homes in coastal
towns of Lincolnshire, L&H Homes together with the support of
East Lindsey District Council and the Homes and Communities Agency
(HCA) have been able to offer 8 high quality bungalows for rent off
Churchill Avenue, Skegness.
The properties are surrounded by new
properties of similar sizes and style which have been offered for
sale and rent by local developer, Manorcrest Homes Limited.
The 8 affordable homes consist of 4
two-bedroom and 4 three-bedroom bungalows, which have already been
occupied by residents nominated by from East Lindsey District
Council. This is due to the easily accessible position of the
development in the town and the excellent quality of build which is
associated with Manorcrest Homes Limited.
Residents will benefit from solar panels
supplying hot water to their homes along with a high standard of
finish and specification to ensure comfort and security within
their new homes.
To celebrate Mike Hardy, Managing Director of
L&H Homes and Cllr John Upsall, Housing Portfolio Holder at
East Lindsey District Council joined residents and guests on Monday
17th May at an event to mark the official completion of
the properties.

Development at Longhurst Group commented “This has been an
