Our Priorities

We aim to provide high quality services to our customers and to improve our performance year on year.  Each year we develop a corporate action plan which outlines the key improvements we aim to make.

We monitor our performance quarterly for key areas of our business and report this to our customers and board members.

In partnership with our customers we have developed a range of service standards which set out the standard of services that our customers can expect. We measure our performance against these standards and publish these results annually.
