Meeting your Care Needs

We are committed to person centred care and ensure that all our residents receive the right care to meet their individual needs.

Once an application has been received an initial assessment is carried out to ensure that staff can meet your needs.  You will be invited to spend a day with us to ascertain if our services meet your expectations.

Once you have made the decision to move to our home we will carry out an in-depth care assessment resulting in a detailed plan to ensure our care services meet your individual needs.

The majority of our staff has completed NVQ training. Service specific training is undertaken to enable them to understand the needs of older people ensuring that they deliver the highest standards of care possible to all residents.

Care and support is delivered in accordance with your individually tailored care plan. To enable us to get things right you will be allocated a keyworker whose aim is to develop a bond with you and your relatives, to ensure that all your needs, choices and preferences are met. We promise to respect your dignity and privacy at all times and ensure that high levels of confidentiality are maintained Your needs and wishes are important to us.
