Our Staff

The majority of our staff has completed NVQ training. Service specific training is undertaken to enable them to understand the needs of older people ensuring that they deliver the highest standards of care possible to all residents.

Our team consists of:

  • The Registered Manager who ensures that the home continues to meet our client's expectations. An open door policy is in operation and feedback and suggestions are welcomed from all residents and visitors. This assists us to make any necessary improvements to our service. We strive to maintain the welcoming, homely atmosphere which Cranwell Court has to offer as we feel this is vital to ensure all of our residents and staff are happy and contented.
  • Senior Care Officers who guide and support personal carers, ensure all your health needs and medication needs are met. They too can give guidance and support and will meet with you regularly to ensure your care plan reflects your current needs.
  • Personal Carers who deliver the best possible standards of personal care, give emotional support and are dedicated to ensuring that residents in their care are happy and content.
  • Admin Assistants who can provide information and support with financial matters whether it be applying for benefits, rent queries or simply paying your newspaper bill.
  • Domiciliary Staff who ensure the home is cleaned to the highest standards and free from malodours. They are happy to clean your individual flat to your requirements or simply offer minimal assistance should you prefer to 'keep your hand in'.
  • Laundry Staff who will launder your personal items to a high standard and deliver them back to your flat.
  • Cook and Kitchen Assistants who ensure that all your dietary requirements are met and your choices and preferences are catered for.
  • The Handyman who is happy to carry out all odd jobs such as redecorating, moving furniture, fitting shelves etc or simply hanging a picture in your flat. In addition to ensuring the building is maintained to ensure the residents residing there are comfortable and happy in their surroundings.
  • The Gardener who ensures that all the surrounding areas to the building are well kept and tidy. He is able to give advice on plants etc and is happy to assist in maintaining the residents courtyard, where residents are encouraged to take part in designing and planting up the raised flower beds and hanging baskets.
