L&H Homecare
L&H Homecare is a vital support
service providing a range of care and support services in Grimsby
and the surrounding areas designed to enable people over 65 or
those adults with a physical disability to live as independently as
possible in their own home. We offer our customers a holistic
service – not just providing the basic essentials, but caring for
the whole person – body, mind and spirit.
Your carer is there to help you to enjoy the
best quality of life possible. If you have a specific
personal goal or if there are some extra steps you would like to
take then your carer is there to assist and guide you – never
restricting you. Perhaps you would like to prepare a snack
for yourself or take your dog for a walk, if possible, we will be
there to encourage and help you to achieve that goal.

OUR CLIENTS
We provide care and support services for
people who may wish to continue living independently in their own
homes. Some may just need a companion, while some may need
complete assistance with all tasks and personal care.
Everyone is different and individual.
Our customers are, for the most part, Older
People, however, anyone over the age of 18 years old who may
require help because of physical or mental health needs, can use
our services. Because our care service is completely
flexible, our carers can provide a wide variety of services as
required to meet the needs of individual customers.
