The sheltered housing scheme is set in large attractive grounds with mature trees and farmland to the rear. Communal facilities include large lounge with kitchen attached making it ideal for functions and activities for the residents.

All accommodation features an emergency call service enabling tenants to quickly summon help by getting in touch with the officer on duty or via a 24-hour alarm system linked to a monitoring centre where in an emergency if you pull the cord an operator will call assistance on your behalf.
