All accommodation features an emergency call service enabling tenants to quickly summon help by getting in touch with the officer on duty or via a 24-hour alarm system linked to a monitoring centre where in an emergency if you pull the cord an operator will call assistance on your behalf.
This is a very happy, supportive environment where someone is always happy to get a paper or pint of milk for fellow residents and, where a resident will receive a birthday card from the other tenants on their birthday.
