Church View was re-developed in 1997 and offers 31 one bedroom ground and first floor flats in landscaped gardens.  Each flat has its own front door, kitchen, living room and bathroom.  There is also a communal lounge and kitchen available for parties and meetings.

Nettleham is a picturesque village six miles from Lincoln, with a small selection of shops, bank, doctors surgery and optician.

Located less than a mile from Lincoln town centre, St Faiths Court was built in 1986 to provide self-contained accommodation for older people to enable them to maintain a high level of independence with the security of background support.

Church View offers a visiting haidresser, a well-stocked mobile library facility and milk, newspapers and mail are delivered daily.  There is a Scheme Manager on duty 9-5.15 weekdays and an 24-hour alarm service so residents and their families have the assurance of help and support being available when it is needed.
