Hubert Ward House Keelby
Hubert Ward House offers sheltered accommodation for the over 60s in North End, Keelby - just outside of Grimsby. Offering a warm and friendly atmosphere, it is located in a beautiful rural setting close to local amenities. Residents can enjoy a range of regular social activities in the communal lounge.
The scheme consists of 25 studio or one-bedroom flats. All accommodation features an emergency call service enabling tenants to quickly summon help by getting in touch with the officer on duty or via a 24-hour alarm system linked to a monitoring centre where in an emergency if you pull the cord an operator will call assistance on your behalf.
