North Holme Court, Louth

Built in 1984, North Holme Court is situated less than a mile from Louth town centre and close to local shops including grocery shop, post office and doctors surgery.  It consists of 34 one bedroom ground and first floor flats.  Each flat benefits from double glazing, electric central heating, lift to first floor and landscaped gardens and car parking. 

As well as the bedroom, each flat has a living room, bath or shower room and storage spaces with kitchen off the living room.

Located less than a mile from Lincoln town centre, St Faiths Court was built in 1986 to provide self-contained accommodation for older people to enable them to maintain a high level of independence with the security of background support.

The scheme consists of 28 one-bedroom ground and first floor flats, with own front and back doors, kitchen, living room and bathroom.  There is also a communal lounge and kitchen available for parties and meetings.

St Faiths offers a visiting haidresser, a well-stocked mobile library facility and milk, newspapers and mail are delivered daily.  Meals are available on application - the Scheme Manager can arrange this.

There is a Scheme Manager on duty 9-5.15 weekdays and an 24-hour alarm service so residents and their families have the assurance of help and support being available when it is needed.

There is also a comprehensive range of social activities organised by the Scheme Manager and residents which include regular Bingo, social afternoons as well as regular functions and shared outings.
