Who do we help?

If you are vulnerable, we can provide housing related support to help you to live independently in the community.

Support may be short-term to get through a period of change or crisis. Or, it may be long term to assist you to manage on-going issues.

You may be vulnerable because:

  • You are homeless or were homeless in the past.
  • You have personal issues and find it hard to cope.
  • You are young and unsure about managing on your own.
  • You are an ex-offender and want to get your life back on track.
  • You are a refugee and need assistance to cope with a new way of life.
  • You have mental health issues.

There are two ways that we can help you:

  • Finding a home and settling in
(if you have nowhere to live at present or your home is not suitable for your needs and adds to your difficulties)
    Or
  • Keeping your home and making the most of it.
    (i
f you are struggling to cope in your house, for example problems with bills, neighbours, feeling isolated or if you are at risk of losing your home).
