If you are interested in one of our homes, we will make an initial assessment of your financial circumstances to make sure that you are eligible, and can afford the costs involved with the eventual purchase of your home through shared ownership. Click here for a link to Find out if you Qualify

One of our Sales Advisors will then arrange to meet you at the development to show you around your prospective new home, and provide advice about the Rent to Homebuy scheme, the Shared Ownership sales process and your obligations as a shared owner.
