How to Apply

Outlined below are the 12 simple steps that you will need to follow:

• Identify your ideal property
• Speak to one of our sales advisors who will carry out an initial assessment to ensure that you will qualify for the scheme
• Arrange to view your ideal property
• Complete your application and return to Longhurst & Havelok Homes (L&H Homes) 
• L&H Homes and the Homebuy Agent will approve your application
• Reserve your property with a £135 reservation fee
• L&H Homes will carry out a credit check
• Arrange to meet one of our advisors at the property to discuss the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement and to complete all of the necessary paperwork
• Inspect your property with a member of Longhurst and Havelok Homes, completing a full inventory of your new home
• Provide L&H Homes with the relevant deposit.
• Arrange to meet one of our sales advisors at your new home for a property demonstration and handover of your keys.
• Move In
