As well as affordability issues other qualifying criteria may also apply on some of our developments.  For example, priority may initially be given to those with a local connection.  We will tell you about any special criteria that may apply.

In addition to carrying out a financial assessment, all prospective applicants will be asked to complete a comprehensive application form which will be processed by Longhurst & Havelok Homes (L&H Homes), in conjunction with the Homebuy Agent for the area.
