If you are interested in one of our homes, we will make an initial assessment of your financial circumstances to make sure that you are eligible, and to ensure that you can not afford to purchase on the open market without the assistance of shared equity. One of our Sales Advisors will then arrange to meet you at the development to show you around your prospective new home, and provide advice about the Shared Equity scheme, the sales process and your obligations.
