How to Apply

Outlined below are the 12 simple steps that you will need to follow:

• Identify your ideal property.
• Speak to one of our sales advisors who will carry out an initial assessment to ensure that you will qualify for the scheme.
• Arrange to view your ideal property.
• Complete your application and return to Longhurst & Havelok Homes (L&H Homes).
• Longhurst & Havelok Homes (L&H Homes) and the Homebuy Agent will approve your application.
• Reserve your property with a £250 reservation fee.
• Arrange your mortgage and instruct a solicitor.
• Wait for the valuation and searches to be carried out.
• Sign your contracts in readiness for exchange and completion.
• Exchange contracts and complete on the purchase of your new home.
• Meet one of our sales advisors at your new home for a property demonstration and handover of your keys.
• Move In.
