Outlined below are the 12 simple steps that you will need to follow:

• Identify your ideal property
• Speak to one of our sales advisors who will carry out an initial assessment to ensure that you will qualify for the scheme
• Arrange to view your ideal property
• Complete your application and return to Longhurst & Havelok Homes (L&H Homes)
• Longhurst & Havelok Homes (L&H Homes) and the Homebuy Agent will approve your application
• Reserve your property with a £250 reservation fee
• Arrange your mortgage and instruct a solicitor.
• Wait for the evaluation and searches to be carried out
• Sign your contracts in readiness for exchange and completion
• Exchange contracts and complete on the purchase of your new home
• Meet one of our sales advisors at your new home for a property demonstration and handover of your keys.
• Move In
