Longhurst & Havelok Homes (L&H) understand that buying your home is a big commitment both financially and practically.  To help assess whether this is the right choice for you, we have developed an affordability calculator to see if shared ownership is an option for you.

As well as affordability issues other qualifying criteria may also apply on some of our developments.  For example, priority may initially be given to those with a local connection.  We will tell you about any special criteria that may apply.

All prospective purchasers will have to be aged 55 and over and will be asked to complete a comprehensive application form which will be processed by Longhurst and Havelok Homes, in conjunction with the Homebuy Agent for the area.
