As well as bungalows and ground floor flats that form part of our general needs housing, Longhurst & Havelok Homes (L&H Homes) also have a number of sheltered housing schemes across North and North Eash Lincolnshire, and Nottinghamshire.
Sheltered housing is for applicants who need the additional support of a scheme manager to help maintain their independence in their own home. The scheme manager service is part funded by Supporting People grant.
Within each local authority area there are local arrangements for applying for our homes. You can also normally apply directly to us for sheltered housing accommodation.
