Who we are
We are a dedicated team of professionals with over 25 years
experienced in developing and managing properties specifically
designed for people aged 55 and over. However this age criteria may
vary from scheme to scheme.
Our Management Team is based at our Nottingham office and
manages more than 1000 retirement properties across the East
Midlands. .
As a member of the Association of Retirement Housing Managers
(ARHM), we work to a recognised Code of Practice. This offers
residents peace of mind that we have high standards and strong
ethics in the management of your property.
