Longhurst & Havelok Homes (L&H
Homes) Retirement Living Team are based at the Nottingham
office and are responsible for the management of the organisation’s
Leasehold properties.
We pride ourselves as a competent and
professional Manager in the management of Leasehold properties and
we are one of the market leaders in the development and management
of Leasehold retirement housing, with some 25 years experience.
The Retirement Team are a
dedicated team of professional staff, who have a wealth of
experience and knowledge in catering for the needs of property
owners. We believe we achieve this by providing a
comprehensive service that ensures that your property is properly
maintained and repaired, that the terms of occupation are enforced
fairly for the benefit of all, as well as ensuring that
Leaseholders monies are protected for the future.

understand what retirement living is and how we deliver our
services to you as a resident.

The ARHM Code of Practice
We are a member of the Association of
Retirement Housing Managers (ARHM), an organisation who is
committed to high standards and ethics in the management of
retirement housing and the provision of services to
residents.
The ARHM have published a Code of Practice,
which is approved by the Department of Environment. Our
adherence to this Code gives leaseholders the assurance that we are
dedicated to best practice and high standards of professional
competence.
