Estate Management

We aim to provide an estate management service to tenants, residents and shared owners, which allows them to have quiet enjoyment of their homes in a safe and clean environment they can take pride in.

Estate management includes:

• grounds maintenance
• litter, fly tipping and unauthorised dumping of rubbish
• removal of abandoned vehicles
• removal of graffiti
• condition and cleanliness of communal areas.

One of our key aims is to empower our residents to take interest and ownership in the area where they live.  We encourage the formation of local resident groups to work in partnership with key stakeholders to agree local priorities and explore funding opportunities so improvements can be achieved.

For some of our larger estates we have also developed a neighbourhood walkabout scheme. This involves staff, residents and other partners such as the police and environmental health. Collectively those involved work to find solutions to any estate based problems.
