Landscaping

We have area based landscape maintenance contracts that maintain our communal garden areas throughout the year. 

To maintain the agreed standards contractors visit schemes regularly to identify work that is required.

Our customers have told us that landscaping is important to them and we recognise the impact that poorly maintained schemes can have upon the neighbourhood. 

We have developed a landscaping service standard and we monitor the standards by regular telephone surveys with our customers, as well as local ‘mystery shoppers’ who provide us with feedback on the quality of the work. We then use this feedback in quarterly contract review meetings.
