How you qualify for Just Rewards?
You can join Just Rewards and earn points if:
- You have kept your rent account clear or in credit for at least
6 weeks
- You have kept to an agreement to clear your rent arrears for at
least 6 weeks
- Your home and garden is kept in good condition
- You have no ASB action against you
- You allow us access to your home to carry out annual gas
safety checks or other essential work.
How can I apply?
Simply complete a Just Rewards application form and return it to
us so that we can process your application: Just Rewards,
Longhurst & Havelok Homes, Leverett House, Gilbert Drive,
Endeavour Park, Boston, Lincolnshire, PE21 7TQ.

The application form includes four questions on how you have
managed your tenancy. If you can answer yes to all of these, then
we want you to be part of Just Rewards. If you are currently unable
to answer yes to any of these questions, don't despair - it may
still be possible for us to give you help and advice on how you can
meet the qualification criteria. We want as many tenants as
possible to be able to join Just Rewards and enjoy the benefits of
membership.

Once your membership has been accepted we will write and welcome
you to Just Rewards and send your Countdown card so that you can
start making savings straight away.
