When you move into your new home we want to help you by providing you with information on how to help make sure your move goes smoothly.

Please remember that your gas and electricity supply may not be connected when you are given your keys. This is because we will need to arrange gas and electricity safety checks that can only be carried out once a supply is re-connected.

We only insure the structure of your home and this does not cover your personal possessions. So the contents of your home are protected we strongly advise you to arrange your own contents insurance. L&H Homes is able to offer you information about a low cost contents insurance scheme which you can join, although we always recommend that you compare this against other insurance schemes.
