Thinking of moving home? If so, you could earn £100 in vouchers to buy something special for your new home! Just end your tenancy in line with your tenancy conditions by following these simple steps:
Step 1 Give us at least four-week’s notice by completing our end of tenancy form and returning it to your local office.
Step 2 Allow us to inspect your home before your tenancy ends and allow prospective new tenants to view your home at times convenient to you. We will ring you to make an appointment when someone wishes to view the property.
Step 3 Give us vacant possession of your home and hand in two complete sets of house keys and any window lock or letterbox keys on or before the end of your tenancy.
Step 4 Leave your home in good condition, needing no rechargeable repairs and with no unauthorised alterations or improvements that we have to put right.
Step 5 Provide L&H Homes with a forwarding address so we know where to send the vouchers.
‘Thank you bonus’ does not apply to those who have been a tenant for less than 12 months, transferring tenants, mutual exchanges and evictions. We must be satisfied that steps 1-5 have been completed satisfactorily.
Please ensure your rent account is clear at the end of your tenancy. If you qualify for the thank you bonus, we will deduct any money that you owe us from this first.
