AN IMPORTANT RESPONSIBILITY - before signing a tenancy agreement for one of Longhurst & Havelok Homes (L&H Homes), we will tell you how much the total weekly charge is. When you become one of our tenants, you sign a tenancy contract with us. When signing the tenancy contract you agree to make sure you pay your rent in full and on time.
It is vital you pay your rent. As well as being part of your tenancy agreement with us, paying your rent is very important because it pays for all the repairs and other services you receive from us.
