Contents Insurance scheme

Broken windows, lost keys or damage to personal possessions due to fire, flood or theft are your responsibility under the tenancy contract.  So that the contents of your home are protected and you are not responsible for the cost of repair we strongly advise you to arrange your own contents insurance.  Longhurst and Havelok homes is able to offer you information about a low cost contents insurance scheme which you can join, although we always recommend that you compare this against other insurance schemes.
