As your landlord, we are bound by law to carry out an annual safety check on our gas appliances.  As a tenant, you too have responsibilities.

Our responsibilities

We are committed to your safety and take our responsibilities on gas safety very seriously.  We will ensure that our gas appliances in your home are serviced annually by a qualified Gas Safe Engineer.

Your responsibilities

You need to allow access to your home to carry out maintenance or safety checks on our gas appliances.  We write to you with an appointment but if this is not convenient please ring us and we will try to arrange a more convenient appointment.  If you fail to allow us access this may affect your tenancy.
