Day to Day Repairs

Standards of Service

Longhurst & Havelok Homes (L&H Homes) aim to provide a prompt, high quality repairs service in order to keep your home in good condition.  We divide our repairs into four categories depending on the type of repair required.

Emergency repairs – made safe within 24 hours. (Examples are non secure external door, burst pipework, complete loss of heating)

Urgent repairs – carried out within seven calendar days. (Examples are partial loss of heating, minor leaks, repairs to smoke alarms)

Routine repairs – carried out within thirty one calendar days. (Examples are replacing wall tiles)

Planned repairs – carried out with ninety calendar days. (Examples are fencing and gate repairs)
