Care & Support

We’re often asked to describe what we do.

The answer is a simple one.

We’re here to offer help when people need us the most.

For the 1,300 individuals we work with this help comes in many forms.

For some we provide around the clock care for debilitating conditions such as cerebral palsy and spina bifida.

For others, who’s life has taken an unexpected turn, just a few hours of support each month can be enough to get them back on track.

Our facilities are some of the most advanced and forward thinking in the areas we operate, the highest profile being our 34 emergency accommodation places for the homeless and for individuals who have recently come out of prison, and our specialist dementia care accommodation at Cranwell Court.

But many of the services we provide are at home or in local communities – helping people maintain their way of life with as little disruption and as much independence as possible.

And whilst many of the things we do are unique it’s the way we deliver these services that really sets us apart. We’ve over 20 years in providing care and support at the very highest level. Our team is selected based on their skill and experience, but above all for their passion for helping others.

We have strong belief. A belief in people’s ability to overcome life’s most difficult challenges, and in our ability to enable, empower, and make a greater difference by working together.
