Resident Review Panels

We are always looking for new ways of getting more of you involved. Over the last year we have been reviewing the way we involve residents in scrutinising our services and introduced new resident review groups which meet in Lincoln and Boston. This provides you with even more opportunities to get involved and have your say. Our new resident review groups, which focus on four specialist areas, (as shown in the diagram below), have a direct line of communication to Board members and senior staff.

Each of our panels has a resident Chair person. A report is produced giving details of the meeting including outcomes and recommendations.
